This visualization leverages genetic research conducted on a population from the Million Veteran Program to address the underrepresentation of participants from diverse backgrounds. The topology integrates network clustering with biological classification, where nodes represent diseases and edges signify shared SNPs (Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms).
